Terms and Conditions - Summer 2012

Prices are meant per person, per day in half-board: buffet breakfast and à la carte dinner; drinks and other extras not included.

• Full board (lunch): € 13,00
• B&B: -18,00 € per person per day
• Extra beds: -40% for kids up to 12 years, - 20% for adults
• Family special 2 + 2 = 3: kids up to 12 years old -50%
• Babies up to 2 years old € 25,00 per day, half board and babycot included.
• Standard double room as a single use: + 20%
• Small dogs and animals admitted on request, € 10,00 per day (food excluded)

Half board rates include:

• continental and English breakfast with home made cakes, yogurt, cereal, cold cuts, fresh fruit, juices, organic products
• à la carte menu with starter, 4 first dishes (pasta, soup, typical Italian dishes), 4 second dishes (meat, fish, eggs, cheese) and vegetables. Home made desserts.
• free entrance to the new SPA
• huge and brand new swimming pool area
• kid’s swimming pool
• miniclub for kids programm
• mountain bike hire
• guided hiking tours, nature / cultural activities
• Panorama Pass agreement: lifts and public transport service special price
• hiking gear free rent (backpack, water bottle, hiking sticks)
• info pack with maps and all the information you need
• cable TV in each room (programs available in English language)
• Internet WIFI (€ 2,00 per week), family room and suite Astoria (for free)

SPECIACIAL OFFERS:

• Weekly stays from Sunday to Sunday -5% (excluded week G and promotional weeks)
• WEEK A, L: Halfboard = Fullboard (lunch is free)
• WEEK B: Stay 8 days and pay 7, checking in on Friday or checking out on Sunday
• FAMILY WEEKS E-F-I: Children up to 12 years of age in their parents' room 70% off

CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking confirmation: rooms are confirmed only after payment of a deposit of 300,00 € per room

The deposit is paid as guarantee and not as advance. By paying the deposit you accept all conditions mentioned below. The deposit will be refunded at the final payment of all the services booked.

Cancellation:

Booking can be cancelled 21 days before arrival. Deposit will be 100% refunded. Until 8 days before arrival deposit will not be refunded but can be used for another booking within 180 days. No refund for cancellation from 00.00 am of the 7th day before the arrival.
Europaen law Hotrec: in case o f no show, postponed arrival or early departure deposit will be kept as compensation / 70% of services booked are to be paid.
