Wellness Center "Lythrum"

The new "Lythrum" Wellness Center is the ideal place to spend a few hours in total relaxation. A chance for your body and mind to find harmony with the help of soft music and natural essences. The Wellness Center was named after a flower that grows on the banks of Stream Avisio: it recalls the healing properties of water, the elixir of long life..

We mean our new wellness area to be a place in which guests may find rest and relaxation after a hiking or skiing day.

Our sauna department takes inspiration from the elements of the earth: water, salt, ice, the fruits and flavors of our meadows and forests.

Beauty treatments given by expert hands will make you forget stress, find energy and well-being again. They may even make you fitter.

Try a hay bath with mountain arnica in the "cloud" detox pool, or maybe a golden apple, grape or wine scrub for a cleansing beauty treatment. We have worked out many vacation packages and offers for our guests.

KNEIP CIRCUIT FOOT BATH

Four basins with alternately cold and hot water. Water sprinkles will massage your feet and ankles pleasantly, benefiting your circulation.

SAUNA

Sit or lie down on a towel for 12/15 minutes, we suggest to sit during the final 2/3 minutes. After the sauna, take a cool shower or use the cold fog shower and rest for 10/15 minutes. Repeat the cycle once or twice.
Internal temperature: 70 – 90°

Humidity: 15 - 20%

TURKISH BATH

Enter, sit and breath deeply: the time required for the treatment is 15/20 minutes. The temperature and humidity produced by steam enhance and improves the balance of your ph values, keeping your skin moist and clean. Steam is scented with aromatic substances and is especially indicated to improve breathing functions. The cabin is equipped with a cold water fountain.

THALAXUM BATH

A curative bath reproducing a sea environment effect thanks to its Dead Sea salts. The combination of temperature, oxygenated air and ozone enhances metabolism and the immune system: the respiratory tract can take in more, and the body will better confront any challenge posed by the external influences in everyday life. The intense sweating moreover helps expel toxin and leaves the skin soft and supple. Relaxing blue, stimulating red, joyful yellow and nature's green are the chromo therapy colours acting on the nervous system to grant the body and mind restfulness, relaxation and vital energy, a great help in tackling confidently a hard day. An ideal 12-15 minutes treatment, which can be repeated after a good rest.

COLD FOG

Refresh Yourself with a cold fog (cold water and air) that with the blue chromo therapy will give you a great sensation of freshness and youth.

TROPICAL RAIN

Relax under the tropical rain (warm water with natural exotic fragrances) by pressing the appropriate button. You can also enjoy a sophisticate lighting system, which provides an orange colour sequence for chromo therapy to give you a real tropical atmosphere.

RELAX ROOM

After the use of each bath, but also after a massage or a facial, we suggest to rest for a while in the relax room. Sit down and enjoy a cup of tea of natural herbs with different benefits (relaxing, diuretic, balsamic and so on).
